A gas explosion has leveled a home in Moon Township but spared two dogs that were inside at the time. Officials say the homeowner was at work and no one was injured in Thursday’s blast, which left one of the dogs with an eye injury and burns. A People’s Gas spokesman says crews are working to determine the cause of the explosion.
