An Ellwood city man is charged with theft after stealing tools valued at over $3,500 last month from a garage. According to police, 54 year old Christopher Michael Mangelli had access to the garage on Pittsburgh Circle, as he was hired to paint there. Police say Mangelli took the tools and sold several of the items to residents in Beaver Falls. Ellwood City police also charged Mangelli with receiving stolen property.
