(Brighton Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported yesterday that thirty-nine-year-old Jason Keefer of Derry, Pennsylvania was charged after a two-vehicle crash occurred in Brighton Township on September 6th.

Keefer was driving on I-376 East at 3:32 p.m. and made an illegal U-turn into the eastbound lanes.

Keefer hit the motorcycle driven by nineteen-year-old Christian Fazzolare of Vanport.

According to police, Fazzolare’s helmet was used improperly, he could not stop the motorcycle and he laid down his vehicle.

Fazzolare was transported to a hospital because he suffered a suspected minor injury from the crash.

Keefer was not injured.
