(Pittsburgh, PA) Pennsylvania State Police at the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh reported yesterday that forty-year-old Jiqiao Zheng of Cranberry Township was arrested after an incident of disorderly conduct at that casino on July 16th.

According to police, Zheng physically blocked the path and hindered troopers while they were in the process of effecting another separate arrest at 1:14 a.m.

Casino security asked Zheng numerous times to leave the casino property and he was found to be under the influence of multiple alcoholic beverages.

Zheng was ejected from the casino property, was issued a lifetime property ban from the casino and was taken into custody.

Charges were filed against him.
