LA MORA, Mexico (AP) — With security tight, a small community in northern Mexico is saying goodbye to some of the nine American women and children killed in an ambush by drug cartel gunmen. Mourners have traveled as far away as North Dakota to attend the funerals in La Mora. Mexican officials say the attackers Monday may have mistaken the group’s large SUVS for those of a rival gang. But relatives of the dead are skeptical of that.
