(Harrisburg, PA) According to an Associated Press projection, Democratic incumbent Chris Deluzio retained his seat in the 17th Congressional District of Pennsylvania after the unofficial results from yesterday’s general election for that position.

An AP projection confirms that Deluzio secured about 63% of the votes, while his Republican challenger and current Beaver County Sheriff Tony Guy received about 37% of the votes.

Deluzio is an Iraq War veteran who was first elected to his position in 2022 and has served two terms in the U.S. House of Representatives and represents Beaver County and parts of Allegheny County in the 17th Congressional District.
