Two men who were accused of setting off an explosion near a gas line in South Beaver Township had charges against them dropped or reduced. According to authorities, 27-year-old Tyler McKenzie and 29 year old Krasimir Kaercher were involved in the explosion back on April 28 in the woods near Elmbrook Estates Trailer Park. Beaver County District Attorney David Lozier said the case was resolved after restitution was paid to the homeowners whose homes were damaged. Damage to the homes was around twelve hundred dollars.
