A Butler man is facing charges after being accused of driving drunk twice in one day. Jonathan Dillingham was pulled over early June 1st on the 200-block of Broad Street and was twice the legal limit, according to police. Later in the day, Dillingham was stopped by police on North Main Street reportedly three-times the legal limit and also in possession of marijuana and crack cocaine. Dillingham’s preliminary hearings are set for July 8th.
