(Moon Township, PA) A bomb threat that was posted on social media prompted an evacuation of two buildings on the campus of Robert Morris University.

An alert to students stated that RMU received a bomb threat at the Nicholson Center and the Patrick Henry Center yesterday.

It told students to stay away and evacuate immediately if they were nearby or in those buildings.

The RMU Police Department and the Allegheny County Police Department swept these buildings and cleared them for normal operations.

Students were then relieved to receive an all-clear to return to normal.
