Authorities are identifying the body of a 38-year-old Ambridge man discovered last month in the Ohio River. The body of Gerald Payne was found near the Montgomery Locks and Dam in Industry Tuesday morning by tug boat operators from Industry Terminal and Salvage. There’s no word yet on the cause of death.
