Following multiple days of store closures following a water main break, The Beaver Valley Mall will fully re-open today following repairs.
The Center Township Water Authority was notified at 5:30 PM that the main water line had been repaired, and that the work was done by an outside contractor. Soon after, the Mall’s Facebook page announced that the mall would be open once again on Tuesday.
The initial cause of the water main break was not revealed. The only stores open during repairs were the anchor stores of Boscov’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, JCPenney, and Rural King.
