(Beaver Falls, Pa.) City of Beaver Falls Police Chief David Johnson issued a press release involving the shooting that occurred in the city on Friday night , September 10, 2021.

The release stated that at approximately 8:11 PM on Friday City of Beaver Falls Police were dispatched to a shooting incident in the 300 block of 12th Street in the city.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that two victims were shot. Both were treated on the scene with one being flown to a Pittsburgh Area Hospital and the second victim was transported to a local hospital by ambulance for treatment of injuries.

Chief Johnson said in the release that it is an active investigation and no further information is available for release.
