(Beaver Falls, Pa.) Beaver Falls Fire Chief Mark Stowe reported on Thursday morning  that a tar trailer rolled over on a newly paved road at Fifth Avenue and Sixteenth Street in the city on Wednesday afternoon . The trailer spilled liquid tar  in the 1600 block of Fifth Avenue. The fire department responded  and covered  the  area with sand.
Youngblood  Paving  will  resurface the affected area, Chief Stowe said.. No injuries were reported
