A BEAVER COUNTY DOUBLE-HOMICIDE TRIAL WILL BREAK TODAY, AND CROSS EXAMINATION OF COUNTY DETECTIVE TIMMIE PATRICK IS EXPECTED TO RESUME FRIDAY MORNING. DANE MATHESIUS AND WILLIAM BOOHER WERE SHOT AND KILLED IN ALIQUIPPA BACK ON SEPTEMBER 29TH. 18-YEAR-OLD RONALD FOSTER IS ACCUSED OF ASSISTING IN THE PLANNING OF THE ROBBERY-TURNED-SHOOTING AND IS FACING TWO COUNTS OF HOMICIDE, ROBBERY, CONSPIRACY AND CRIMINAL USE OF A PHONE. TEXT MESSAGES DETAILING THE PLANNING OF THE DRUG DEAL THAT PRECEDED THE DOUBLE HOMICIDE WERE READ IN COURT ON WEDNESDAY.
