The average price of gasoline across Western Pennsylvania is seven cents cheaper this week at  $2.85 per gallon, according to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report. Drivers in Beaver are paying 2.92 a gallon while the average price in New Castle is lower at 2.69. The national average is at 2.68 a gallon, that’s six cents less than a week ago. The average price a year ago in Western Pennsylvania was at 3.01.
