Attorneys: Texas Border Facility is Neglecting Migrant Kids

EL PASO, Texas (AP) — A legal team that inspected a Border Patrol station near El Paso, Texas, says young migrants being held there are experiencing neglect and mistreatment at the hands of the U.S. government. The lawyers inspected the facilities because they’re involved in a Clinton-era legal agreement that governs detention conditions for migrant kids and families. They say the station has inadequate food, water and sanitation. The facility holds about 250 infants, children and teens.
