Aliquippa woman charged with disorderly conduct after incident at the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh

(Pittsburgh, PA) Pennsylvania State Police at the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh reported yesterday that twenty-three-year-old Shalone Nibintije of Aliquippa was charged with disorderly conduct after a recent incident at that casino.

According to police, Nibintije, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly created a risk thereof, did create a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose on or about Sunday at 2:40 a.m. at the casino.
