Aliquippa Woman Charged After Traffic Stop that Damaged A State Police Vehicle

(Aliquippa, Pa.) Pa State Police in Beaver are reporting that an Aliquippa Woman was charged after she backed into a marked State Police patrol Unit SUV during a traffic stop last Wednesday at 7:22 PM along Irwin Street in the City of Aliquippa.
Troopers said via release that they made a traffic stop on a 2000 Honda Civic being driven by 39-year-old Amanda Crosby of Aliquippa. Troopers said tht once Crosby pulled over to the left side of the roadway and both vehicles came to a stop she started backing towards the patrol unit and hit it in the area of the front push-bar. She then moved the car forward coming to a final stop. Crosby’s vehicle didn’t seem to suffer any damage but the Patrol unit had minor damage to it. No on was injured but Crosby was charged by State Police with Driving while her operating privilege is suspended or revoked.
