Aliquippa School Board Addresses Citizens’ Concerns Regarding Poor Conditions at Football Stadium

The Aliquippa School Board last night addressed a group of citizens concerning the conditions that prevail at Carl A. Aschman Football Stadium.  According to Beaver County Radio News Correspondent Sandy Giordano, Dr. Peter Carbone, acting superintendent,  told the group that the district is  preparing to work on repairing broken concrete steps, repairing rotted bleachers and replacing the press box roof.  Board president Terry Swanson said the board will budget for the repairs , and district employee Art Piroli, Jr. said electrical problems have to be tended to right away.
