(Aliquippa, PA) Aliquippa Mayor Dwan Walker was named the 2026 Pennsylvania State Mayors Association Mayor of the Year at the company’s conference in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on Saturday.

He has served the City of Aliquippa and its residents for the last sixteen years.
