(Independence Township, Beaver County, Pa.) Pa State Police in Beaver are reporting that they were dispatched to the scene of a one vehicle accident  on Cowpath Road in Independence Township, Beaver County at 12:25 AM on July 10, 2022.
Troopers reported upon arriving on the scene and investigating it was determined that 25-year-old Brandon Stewart, of Aliquippa, was highly intoxicated from use of alcohol and struck a tree with the 2005 Subaru that he was operating on Cowpath Road in the area of west of Tank Farm Road.
Troopers said in the release that Stewart was possibly injured in the accident but he refused to be treated by EMS personnel and he also refused to a legal test of his blood.
