(Wexford, Pa.) Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Wexford Hospital is celebrating its first anniversary and will welcome the return of its inaugural class of babies born at the hospital by hosting a first birthday party Friday morning. The fun-filled event for the birthday boys and girls will include tiny “smash” cakes donated by Pine Township Giant Eagle Market District.
The birthday party will also help celebrate AHN Wexford’s first year of service to residents of northern Allegheny County, and the adjacent communities of Butler, Beaver, Lawrence and Mercer counties. The beautiful, state-of-the-art hospital officially opened exactly one year ago on September 30, 2021.
