Five Star Medical Services is a new addiction treatment center in Ambridge that helps those struggling with addiction to get proper prescription and medical treatment in a non-judgmental facility.
Dr. Michael Alexander is the co-founder and head physician at Five Star, and he joined Matt Drzik for an interview on A.M. Beaver County, and he discussed what his goals are for the future of his business and how people can get in touch with Five Star.

THE 7 NEW BUS SHELTERS ARE LOCATED THROUGHOUT BEAVER FALLS, NEW BRIGHTON, AMBRIDGE, ALIQUIPPA AND BEAVER. THERE ARE ALSO NEW BENCH LOCATIONS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN ALIQUIPOPA, BADEN, BEAVER, FREEDOM, HARMONY AND NEW BRIGHTON.
One person was injured last night in an accident at a metal manufacturing plant in Harmony. Beaver County emergency officials say the incident occurred shortly after 9 p-m at O’Neal Manufacturing Services on Duss Avenue. Emergency officials say one person was taken to a hospital. Details about the incident have not been released. Harmony police are investigating.

Since 1997, 3rd Avenue in New Brighton has been home to a summer-closing car cruise that brings the hottest rods and rides to the city. This year is the 20th year of the New Brighton Car Cruise, and it will run from 1:00 until 8:00 on September 9.
