The penalties are getting tougher for repeat DUI offenders. Governor Tom Wolf signed a bill Wednesday that allows felony charges for any drunk driver on their third offense, or if their blood-alcohol content is point-one-six or higher. The current penalty is a 500-dollar fine and imprisonment of 60 to 90 days.
