District 10 Representative Aaron Bernstine joined Matt Drzik on AM Beaver County on Thursday morning to discuss his recent successes and challenges in state legislation, including bills involving using lottery winnings to pay due back taxes, and mandatory minimum sentences for criminals in Pennsylvania.
