Carnegie Library To Host “Clutches For Carnegie” On October 21

The Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls has been in operation for 115 years and still going strong. One example: the Library will be hosting “Clutches For Carnegie: A Purse Bash” at Shakespeare’s in Ellwood City on October 21.

Sandy Hienz and Jean Barsotti from the Carnegie Free Library joined Matt Drzik on A.M. Beaver County to discuss the upcoming Purse Bash, including the types of purses that attendees can bid on, as well as the 50/50 and amenities that will be provided. They also discussed the future fundraising events for the Library, as well as the update on the services it provides to the city of Beaver Falls.
