Beaver Valley Choral Society Is Ready For Their Christmas Season Of Concerts

For several decades across many generations, The Beaver Valley Choral Society has been performing concerts featuring the county’s finest voices singing sacred music during the Christmas and Lenten seasons. However, in recent years they’ve expanded their repertoire for other occasions such as summer events and patriotic celebrations.

Director Ray Rotuna and BVCS President Lee Pfiefer joined Matt Drzik on A.M. Beaver County to discuss the upcoming Rochester Light Up Night & Carol Sing, being held from 2:30 to 6:30 at Rochester High School. There will be many different activities and celebrations for attendees (including the Personality Prize Wheel), and a visit to Santa’s Workshop unlike any other. And of course, the BVCS will lead in the Carol Sing featuring both sacred AND secular carols/songs beginning at 4 PM.

Also, the Choral Society will be performing four concerts as part of their “Repeat The Sounding Joy” Christmas program; more information about those shows (location, date, etc.) can be found by clicking here.
