As Veteran’s Day approaches, it is important to remember that the holiday is more than just a day on a calendar, but rather a day to honor, remember, and salute all of our veterans–active or retired, living or deceased.

Larry Googins is the President of the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 862, the lone chapter in Southwest PA and the third largest chapter in the United States. He sat down to talk with Matt Drzik on the November 6 edition of A.M. Beaver County, to talk about the upcoming Veteran’s Day Parade in Beaver, the purpose of the VVA, and also the Veteran’s Crisis Line.
