Central Valley School District school resource officer gives three district students the Higby Heroes Award for leadership qualities

(Center Township, PA) Central Valley School District School Resource Officer Sierra Higby presented three district students with the Higby Heroes Award yesterday in Center Township.

According to the Center Township Police Department, the students were recognized for demonstrating leadership, making positive choices, helping classmates and contributing to a safe and welcoming school environment.
