(Washington, D.C.) According to a release from Congressman Chris Deluzio’s office, Deluzio (D-PA-17) and Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA-01) reintroduced the bipartisan Public Service Worker Protection Act. This act will help expansion for the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to add workers in the public sector. Deluzio stated in the release that the addition of those workers in this act will be in its description of defined protections of safety on the job.
