A new series on Teleforum with Frank Sparks about the candidates for the 2018 General Election started on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m..

Frank’s first guest was Terri Mitko a Democrat who is running for Pa. State Representative in the 15th District. Frank asked Terri about her candidacy and what she planned to do if elected to the state house.
