Dale Reckless from M.R.S. Physical therapy in Bridgewater joined Frank Sparks on Teleforum Wednesday,  October 24, 2018, in the 9 o’clock hour.

Dale also talked about balance issues and Pat Septak , News Director did a simple balance test that they do at M.R.S. to see if you are a fall threat. Dale also discussed feet and how what you put on your feet could cause or prevent other issues.
