Frank’s guest will be Jerry Fischer who is a local Veteran who helps out and participates in various functions for Veterans in our area. Jerry is also in charge of the Veterans memorial on the Bridgewater side of the Veteran’s Memorial Bridge that crosses the Beaver River in Rochester Twp. and recently wrote a controversial letter to the editor in the Beaver County Times about the proper time for a flag to be at half staff.
