Tonight several playoff spots, seedings and bragging rights will be on the line as the 2019 WPIAL Football regular season comes to a close this weekend.

Particularly on the line in tonight’s broadcast game is the Tri-County West Conference title and a strong shot at the #1 overall seed in the 3A Playoffs. Aliquippa is 9-0 overall, a game ahead of Central Valley in the full standings, but both the Quips and Warriors enter the game with identical conference records of 6-0. The Quips are defending state and section champions, with their only loss last season coming at the hands of the Warriors last year at Sarge Alberts Stadium. Coverage on Beaver County Radio begins with a Pep Rally with Matt Drzik and Zach Ulrich from 5:30 to 6:30, then pregame from Aliquippa commences at 6:30 with kickoff at 7:00 on WBVP, WMBA & 99.3 FM.
