After  a 1-5 home stand the Pirates hit the road. They begin a game set against the Brewers in Milwaukee.  Chad Kuhl, who has not given up a walk in his last two appearances, will start for the Pirates. He is 3-1. The Brewers will  pitch Willy Peratta who is 5-9.  In the wild card race San Francisco has the number one spot.  St Louis who is in the number two spot. They trail the Giants by a game and a half.  The Marlins trail the Cardinals by one game.  The Pirates are three games  back.
