(Aliquippa, Pa) The Quips came out in all black with white numbers, while the Mars Planets came out in all white and green with  yellow stripes and black numbers.

Mars won toss but elected to kick. Cameron Cannon took kick off out 35. The planets held and the Quips punted before Mars turned it over on downs. The Quips started on their own 35 after both teams gave the ball back to each other. Mars first play stuffed the quips ball carrier with a big hit, the next play Aliquippa goes to the air and it’s picked off and returned for a Mars touchdown by Brady Brennan, which made the score Mars 6 Aliquippa 0.

In the 2nd, the quips drive stalled and they were forced to punt. Mars started at their 5 and tried a jet sweep resulting in a fumble that Aliquippa picked up. The next play the Quips Power I smashed it into the endzone. 14-6 quips.

On the kickoff Mars returned it to the 25 then the pass was batted down by Gilbert into the air and picked off by Mylez Green. Then number 56 rumbled into the end zone. 21 6 quip.

Mars gets the ball and moves it down the field with a nice run and pass down to the quips 10 yard line. Mars runs the ball and fumbles, Colin Yurisinec picks it up and runs into the end zone extra point good score 28- 13.

Next the quips Akiva Woods takes the kickoff without barley getting touched 99 yards to make it 28-13. The 3rd quarter was all Aliquippa with a powerful running game eating up the clock. The end of 3rd quarter Aliquippa 35 Mars 13.

In the 4th, Walker found Liam Corcoran wide open for a nice throw catch and run for a TD. The Quips also hooked up Hansone Lynn to Jeffery Hicks for a long throw and catch over the middle and a great run across field out running the Mars defense into the end zone.

Final score 42-27.
