William Comby, 97, of Baden, formerly of North Sewickley, passed away on March 7th, 2025 in Concordia at Villa St. Joseph.

He was born in Beaver Falls on December 15th, 1927, a son of the late Steve and Mary (Schlac) Cumbay Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Frances M. Comby, his son, Charles E. Cook, his brother, Steven Cumbay, his sister, Wilma DiGiovine and his daughter-in-law, Judy Cook. William is survived by his two sons, William A. (Janet) Comby and Robert Cook; three grandchildren, Tammy, Ronald, and Bobby; and one great-grandchild, Hannah.

William was a service man at Columbia Gas and was Catholic by faith.

A private internment took place at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, 273 PA-68, Rochester.

All arrangements were entrusted to the Gabauer-Lutton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls, who were honored to care for William and his family.
