Jerry F. Suffoletta (1937-2024)

Jerry F. Suffoletta, 87, of Midland, passed away on April 14, 2024.

Born on March 23, 1937, he was a son of the late George and Bernice Suffoletta. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-son, Danny Holava; brother, Dan Suffoletta; and sister, Mary Louise Forrestall. Jerry is survived by his beloved wife, Donna Suffoletta; son, Jerry (Tammy) Suffoletta; and granddaughter, Ella. Jerry graduated in 1955 from Midland High School, going on to proudly serve in the U.S. Army. He attended Mt. Union College before embarking on a long career with Crucible Steel, Midland, retiring in 1982 as Superintendent of the Blooming Mill. Jerry was a member of the Crucible Management Club, former president of the Carnegie Free Library, Midland, and a parishioner of St. Blaise Church of Midland, part of St. Augustine Parish. In his spare time, Jerry could be found on the golf course.

Friends will be received Friday, April 19, 2024, from 2 P.M. until 4 P.M. and 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. in the Schwerha-Noll Funeral Home, 600 Beaver Avenue, Midland, where a blessing service will be conducted Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 11 A.M. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
