Carol L. Karas, 54, passed away on August 31st, 2026, at Allegheny General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on August 5th, 1972, a daughter of Joann Gottschalk and the late Robert Gottschalk.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Greg Click.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 29 years, Bill, her children, John W. Karas, Jr., and Ashlee Karas, her brother, Bobby (Kristen) Gottschalk, her sister, Kris Click and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Carol was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Church in Beaver and Our Lady of the Valley Parish. She was an avid softball player in her earlier years. She also attended and graduated from the California University of Pennsylvania, which was where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Education.

Friends will be received on Friday, September 4th, from 4-7 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver, who was in charge of her arrangements, and where a Blessing Service will take place on Saturday, September 5th at 11 a.m.

Private Interment will take place at Beaver Cemetery, Buffalo Street, Beaver.
