(Pittsburgh, PA) A water main break in the Middle Hill District neighborhood of Pittsburgh caused water to flow through the streets yesterday. This occurred in the area of Perry Street and Wylie Avenue around 8 p.m., where water could be seen flowing down a large stretch of the road. According to a spokesperson for Pittsburgh Water, a team on site confirmed a water main break was to blame. Perry Street remained closed while repairs were being made and David Kennedy from Pittsburgh Water confirmed that the closure will likely last until this morning.
