An overturned tractor-trailer blocked the right lane of northbound Interstate 79 this morning in Robinson Township. Emergency crews were called shortly after 3 a.m. to mile marker 63 at the Coraopolis ‘S’ bend. Traffic was periodically stopped while crews worked to remove the tractor-trailer. There were no reports of injuries. The truck was carrying 38,000 lbs. of soy milk, which will have to be loaded onto another truck. Both lanes reopened shortly after 6 this morning, but delays continue as the tractor-trailer remains off to the side of the road.
