(Allegheny County, PA) A tractor-trailer blocked traffic after it jackknifed close to the on-ramp to the Parkway West in Allegheny County. The tractor-trailer got stuck in the snow which was close to homes in Carnegie yesterday afternoon. There were no reported injuries.
