A Pennsylvania judge has ordered three Republican-controlled counties to include undated mail-in ballots in their certified results of the May election. The Republican judge sided Friday with the administration of Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf in a dispute that has stalled statewide certification of the primary results for governor and U.S. Senate. Berks, Fayette and Lancaster counties were ordered to count about 800 mail-in ballots that lack handwritten dates on their return envelopes. State law requires voters to date the envelopes, but the Commonwealth Court judge ruled the lack of a date was a minor irregularity.
