A standoff that went on for nearly three hours in Rochester ended with the suspect in custody. Beaver County District Attorney David Lozier said the incident began around 8 p.m. Saturday when officers were serving a warrant for 32-year-old Tony Moore at a home on Adams Street. Moore was wanted for felony auto theft for allegedly stealing a car about a block from that home on Tuesday. Lozier said Moore barricaded himself inside the home and refused to come out. Moore was taken into custody a little after 10:30 p.m. Moore is now being held in the Beaver County Jail.
