The totally “paw-some” 2026 TSA Canine Calendar now available for download

(Washington, D.C.) According to a release in Washington D.C. today from the Transportation Security Administration, they revealed the 2026 TSA Canine Calendar today, which is a yearly a tradition that honors the agency’s over 1,000 explosives detection canines that work at airports across the United States. One of the thirteen dogs it honors is Steeler, an almost three-year-old Labrador retriever who works at Pittsburgh International Airport, who was the winner of the 2025 Transportation Security Administration’s Cutest Canine Contest. Ninety-seven teams submitted nationwide selected thirteen heroic canines with each month featuring photos and fun facts about them. That same release from the TSA states that the dogs featured in the 2026 Canine Calendar are as follows:

  • Alex: Denver International Airport (DEN)
  • Bingo: San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC)
  • Chica: Indianapolis International Airport (IND)
  • Csipi-Simjee: Orlando International Airport (MCO)
  • Cypress: Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport (BTV)
  • Erika: Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
  • Haver: John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
  • Laki: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
  • Rony: Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE)
  • Rosco: Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC)
  • Rosh: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
  • Steeler: Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT)
  • Xaro: Louis Lambert International Airport (STL)
