The deadline to get a Real ID in Pennsylvania is less than one month away to fly commercially without a passport

(Erie, PA) PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll reminded Pennsylvanians at the Erie Airport on Monday that the deadline to get a Real ID in Pennsylvania is approaching. Carroll confirmed that sooner is better to get a Real ID, and on Mondays ending after the week after Monday, May 5th besides Monday, April 21st, several PennDOT Driver’s License Centers across the state will have a process with actions to get a Real ID. Carroll also proclaims that you must have documentation to confirm your identity as well. You can also visit pa.gov to find the Driver and Vehicle Services information on the agency directory of the website.
