Tennessee man charged after four-vehicle crash in Carnegie Borough

(Carnegie Borough, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Pittsburgh reported via release today that twenty-six-year-old Joseph Hoit of Camden, Tennessee was charged after a four-vehicle crash in Carnegie Borough on the morning of February 17th2026. At 6:26 a.m., Hoit was driving on I-376 East at the Carnegie Exit and rear-ended the vehicle of thirty-nine-year-old Antoinette Tufail of Monroeville when she stopped for trafficThirty-six-year-old Ashley Srock of Monaca stopped there with her vehicle and was rear-ended by the vehicle of thirty-four-year-old Cornellius Nyangeresi of Allison Park. There were no injuries.
