(Pittsburgh, PA) A teen accused of two non-deadly shootings within two days last year in the Pittsburgh area is now in custody. According to the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police on February 16th, 2026, multiple units and the U.S. Marshal Service worked together to arrest eighteen-year-old Marcell Fields. Investigators state that Fields was wanted for a shooting that occurred on Frankstown Avenue on October 25th, 2025, where a man was shot in the rear. Fields was also wanted for an October 26th, 2025 shootout at the Wilkinsburg Park and Ride Bus Station in which over thirty shell casings were found and one person was shot twice in the arm. Fields, who is being held at the Allegheny County Jail, now faces a dozen charges between the two cases, including attempted homicide, two counts of aggravated assault and criminal conspiracy. Fields was denied bail and was a minor at the time of the crimes.
