(Coraopolis, PA) An unidentified suspect is now in ICE custody after causing a hit-and-run crash that took place in Coraopolis on Sunday. That crash killed an unidentified man. According to authorities, a pedestrian was hit in the 800 block of 4th Avenue around 8:26 p.m. That pedestrian was a man who was crossing on 4th Avenue in Coraopolis. A black SUV hit him near the Citgo gas station there. The suspect got arrested in Ambridge at his home located there. License plate readers and cameras for traffic lights on Route 65 were used to track the suspect to Ambridge. Detectives found out that the suspect is an immigrant who is undocumented. The suspect has not yet been charged for this incident. The investigation into this incident is ongoing and the man who was killed in this Coraopolis hit-and-run crash has not been identified yet.
