(Allegheny County, PA) Detectives from the Allegheny County Police General Investigations Unit are leading an ongoing investigation into a shooting that occurred in East Pittsburgh that injured and hospitalized a teenage boy yesterday. According to Allegheny County police, they were called to the scene within the 500 block of Main Street just after 7 p.m. yesterday following reports of shots being fired. Investigators confirm that early information into this incident appears to reveal that the suspect shot the boy from outside the home where this shooting occurred. The boy that got shot in the legs was listed last in stable condition after he was taken to the hospital.
